Mobile Massage Booking Info/Policies

**For appointments located in Clarksville, Dickson, Springfield, Columbia, Shelbyville, Woodbury, and surrounding areas, please expect an additional $15 travel fee due to the extra distance.**

1. Booking & Payment

Mobile massage appointments must be booked online.

A valid card must be on file to secure your mobile appointment.

Full payment for the mobile massage is required at the time of booking. The total price already includes the travel fee.**

All mobile massage payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Environment & Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe and professional environment for mobile massage services:

-Private, quiet space for the massage.

-Flat, level, and clean floor for table setup.

-Access to a power outlet for table warmer, hot towels, and percussion therapy.

-Safe and convenient parking for the therapist’s vehicle.

-Any stairs, elevators, gates, or obstacles must be disclosed before booking.

-Notify CMAW of pets, children, or other individuals present in the home/room.

-Maintain room temperature and lighting suitable for massage.

Failure to provide a suitable environment may result in modification or cancellation of the session, with the session fee non-refundable.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Mobile massages follow the 24-hour cancellation policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged:

  • Full session fee (includes travel)

  • Additional $50 late cancellation fee

Example:

Appointment: Wednesday, 12:00 PM

Latest cancellation without penalty: Tuesday, 11:59 AM

Cancellation at 12:01 PM Tuesday: Charged full session + $50 late fee

Mobile sessions are non-refundable
