Groupon Booking Policies

All Groupon appointments must be booked under the “Groupon” tab only

Enter your Groupon code and redemption code found under “View Voucher.”

A valid card is required; a $10 non-refundable retainer will be charged at booking.

Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours = $50 fee.

No-shows = $50 fee.

Unpaid balances result in a ban from future bookings until paid.

Misbookings are not honored. Booking under the wrong tab means you’ll be charged the full service rate ($120–$270) with no refunds, transfers, or exceptions.

Your Groupon is marked as redeemed once booked—even with late cancellations, no-shows, or policy violations. It will not be reinstated.

You must purchase the correct Groupon for the service. Incorrect vouchers (ex: prenatal for deep tissue) will be canceled with no refund.
