Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
We want you to feel completely comfortable and informed before booking. Here are some common questions clients ask:
Why do I have to pay $10 to book if I’m using a Groupon voucher?
Groupon users are held to the same standards and rules as regular clients. A valid card must remain on file to prevent no-shows, cancellations, and to cover any additional charges if needed.
Do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, no. All appointments must be scheduled in advance online.
Do you do couples massages?
At this time, I am a solo therapist. I cannot take you both together in one session, but I can schedule you back-to-back.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged $50 ($30 for members). For more information, please see the Booking Policy and Terms & Conditions.
If I can’t make my appointment, can I give it to someone else?
Yes, but I’ll need to be notified in advance. If the person doesn’t show, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
Do you have memberships?
Yes! There are two options available:
• Chosen One 60: 60 minutes for $100/month
• Chosen One 90: 90 minutes for $150/month
More information can be found on the Become a Member page.
Can I bring someone with me?
No. Only the person receiving the service is allowed in the room. Please see the Guest Policy in the Terms & Conditions.
Do I have to be Christian to receive a service?
No. All walks of life are welcome. Please note: only Gospel music will be played during sessions.
What happens if I arrive late?
Missed time will be deducted from your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment will be cancelled, and the $50 fee will be charged.
What if I fall asleep?
Please rest. Falling asleep during a massage is a huge compliment—it means you’re comfortable and relaxed.
Do packages expire?
No, packages do not expire, but I recommend using them within 6 months for best results.
Can I get a massage if I’m pregnant?
Yes, prenatal care is available. However, you must be out of your first trimester (past 14 weeks) to receive a massage.
Do you offer discounts for new clients, students, or military?
New clients: use code NEW20
Military: use code HERO10
Can I get a massage if I’m sick?
Absolutely not. If you’re not feeling your best, please reschedule your appointment in a timely manner to avoid the $50 fee.
